You are on your way to graduate!
Graduation Ceremony
Once you have collected 30 stamps in your Learning Logbook, you are ready to take part in the KICK Graduation Ceremony. Simply sign up for graduation online to secure your place.
On the day, don’t forget to bring your Learning Logbook, as it will be checked and validated before the ceremony. Please arrive at least 45 minutes early so you have time to check in, get dressed in your graduation regalia, and be seated, just like a real university student!
During the ceremony, you will walk across the stage and receive your very own certificate to celebrate all your hard work and achievements. Professional photos will be taken, so you can remember this special moment. After the ceremony, you can celebrate with your family and friends during a small celebration on the WASM lawns. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Where?
The graduation is held once a year in the Auditorium at the WMC on 44 MacDonald Street Kalgoorlie 6430
When?
The next graduation is anticipated to be held at the end of 2027 and is followed by some festivities on the WASM lawns on the university grounds.
Cost?
The cost to participate in the graduation is $30 per graduating child.

Graduation registration takes around 10 minutes to complete. Please make sure you have your child's Learning Logbook with you, as every graduation requires the learning to be documented.
Before registering, please check that you have collected only one stamp for major one-off events, such as Science After Dark or the STEM Festival. Attending these events earns one stamp only, even if there were multiple activities available.
It is perfectly fine to have multiple stamps in the same category (for example, soccer training or STEM after-school activities), provided each stamp represents participation on a different day.
